Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce, Emergency Bureau, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Energy Bureau and Coal Supervision Bureau should adhere to the overall idea and requirements of "four for four and two for high" to speed up the pace of "digitalization, networking and intelligence" of coal enterprises, strengthen overall coordination, research on industrial policies, and replicate and popularize the experience model of pilot construction. Each construction pilot should take active measures to intensify its work, build intelligent coal mines and intelligent fully mechanized coal mining faces as soon as possible, and demonstrate to promote the overall quality and benefit of the coal industry chain.
