The remote control modification of Chen-control technology for various mining scrapers, mining trucks, excavators and drilling rigs has long been out of the question, and its application cases have been spread all over various types of mines. However, loaders have various configurations due to different brands and models, especially the gearbox parts have not been equipped with uniform standard modification fittings, resulting in missing fittings, complicated modification, great difficulty and relatively few cases. Recently, our company has established a set of standardized operation procedures for 30E loaders under the well on the basis of continuous modification experience of several loaders of different manufacturers, which has solved the problems of setting the modification fittings and standardizing the modification process and laid a solid foundation for subsequent batch modification. After testing, the modified loader retains all the functions of manual operation, and can freely switch between manual control and remote control according to actual needs, with flexible and convenient operation. At present, all modified loaders operate normally and stably.
